Visit Information

Miniatürk Museum is open to visitors every day between 10:00–18:00, except Mondays.
Payments at the Miniatürk ticket booth can be made by credit/debit card or İstanbulkart. Cash is not accepted. Foreign currency is not accepted.
Museum Pass is not valid.
Entrance tickets are valid only on the day of purchase.
Tickets are non-refundable.
Re-entry with the same ticket is not permitted once you leave the museum.
Kültür AŞ is not responsible for tickets purchased from any source other than museum ticket booths, ticket kiosks, or Passo online ticket channels. Please avoid unauthorized ticket sellers.
For bulk ticket purchases requiring an e-invoice, the ticket booth must be informed before the transaction. E-invoices cannot be issued after the sale.
To issue an e-invoice: corporate purchasers must provide company name, tax office, and tax number; individual purchasers must provide full name and Turkish ID number.
Children aged 0–4 accompanied by their families enter free of charge.
For kindergarten and preschool group visits, children aged 0–4 are subject to the standard ticket fee.
Visitors with disability ID cards and one accompanying first-degree relative enter free of charge.
Visitors aged 65+ who are citizens of Türkiye or the TRNC enter free of charge.
Martyrs, veterans, and their first-degree relatives who are citizens of Türkiye or the TRNC enter free of charge.
Tickets in the free-entry category can only be obtained at the Miniatürk ticket booth.
ID is required for all discounted and free admissions.
Teachers accompanying groups must remain with their students at all times.
Pets, with or without carriers, are not allowed inside the museum.
Firearms are prohibited, except for judicial and law enforcement personnel.
Touching the models is strictly forbidden.
Tripod use and professional photography require prior permission.

Useful Information

The baby changing unit is located next to the women’s restroom on the right side of the access ramp, across from the children’s playground.

Accessible restrooms and disabled parking spaces are available for visitors with disabilities.

Wheelchairs can be provided free of charge at the entrance.
